We have several payment options for you to use to make easy payments on our online store.Here are some of the valid payment methods you can choose from:-

SHIPMENT

We want to ensure your products are packed with love and you receive all the products you’ve ordered; so please allow 1-2 days to process your order after receipt of payment.

CHIBEE LUXURYwould love to offer free shipping on most of our products; however, as we are a small business we have limited resources to subsidise any shipping costs at the moment. Our orders are currently dispatched using .


Please note shipping costs do not include duties and taxes. The recipient of our products is responsible for any duties and custom charges.

All orders made after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following working day. As of July 2022 our delivery times including delays are:

  • For US next day orders expected delivery time is 1-2 working days (Incl. delays).
  • For European orders expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.
  • For International orders expected delivery time is 3-7 working days.
  • Please only get in touch about your order after the expected delivery time has passed.

RETURNS

We love the products we’ve made, and we know you will too. However, due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we will not offer any refunds. For any queries related to our refund and returns policy, you can send us an email at: hello@byutimane.com

What are your processing and delivery times?

 

At CHIBEE LUXURYwe take great care in preparing your order, so please allow 1-2 days to process your order. 

Please note our shipping costs do not include duties and taxes and we only offer express shipping. The recipient of our products is responsible for any duties and custom charges.

  • For U.K next day orders expected delivery time is 1-2 working days.
  • For European orders expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.
  • For International orders expected delivery time is 3-7 working days.

How do I track my order?

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received any updates concerning your order, please send an email to chibeeluxuryhair@gmail.com and we will send your order confirmation.

I ordered the wrong shade, what do I do?

 

Please let us know asap within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change the shade before dispatch. We will not be able to amend your order after this time.

How do I pick the right tint colour that would suit my skin tone?

 

We are always happy to help. Please send us an email or a DM and our team will assist you in finding your perfect shade. If you want us to help, please feel free to send us an email: chibeeluxuryhair@gmail.com or send us an instagram DM (@CHIBEELUXURYHAIR). Please note, Some skin tones will require a mix of two shades.

I entered the wrong address at checkout, what do I do?

 

Please let us know within 24 hours of submitting your order if you have incorrectly entered a wrong address. Unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the address after this time.

My Items were lost, Can i get a refund ?

 

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. 

Can I amend my order?

 

We highly suggest you review your order carefully before submitting it. However, if you wish to amend your order, you can do so within 24 hours. Please send an email to: chibeeluxuryhair@gmail.com our dedicated team will help you as best as possible.

Why did my transaction fail while placing an order?

 

Failed transactions could be caused by 2 main reasons:

  1. Insufficient funds in your bank account may cause your payment attempt to fail. Therefore, in order to ensure your payment is successful, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account.
  2. A mismatch of your personal information you entered during checkout, so please make sure you enter the correct information to avoid any such inconvenience.
